Wedding reportage

1) Terms of payment
The client undertakes to pay the invoice within 7 days of receipt of the recordings. Until the invoice has been paid in full, all recordings (including photos, videos, boxes, USB sticks or other products already supplied) remain the property of
Your x Nic.

2) Cancellation by your x Nic
If your x Nic cancels this contract due to fire, death, natural disaster, serious illness, bereavement or other reasons, no claims can be made against your x Nic. In accordance with the contract, your x Nic assumes no further liability. Your x Nic helps in the search for an alternative.

3) Cancellation by the client
If the client cancels this contract, they must pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked services within 7 days. An exception applies in the event of fire, death, natural disasters, serious illness and bereavement.

4) Data, backup
The client will only receive raw data (*.nef) if this has been specifically agreed. All raw data is stored by Ihr x Nic for at least 12 months. After 12 months, your x Nic accepts no liability for data backups.

5) Photo and video rights
Family and friends of the client also have the right to take photos and videos, but should show consideration for your x Nic. If another photographer or videographer will be present at the wedding, your x Nic must be informed.

6) Catering
If your x Nic is booked during dinner, your x Nic should be catered for in the same way as the wedding guests if possible.

7) Special moments
Your x Nic guarantees no special snapshots. Should the client have any special requests, this is your x Nic in writing.

8) Copyright
The copyright of the recordings lies with Ihr x Nic. Your x Nic transfers an unrestricted private right of use to the client
(Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Snapchat, TikTok, Clouds etc.).

9) Data loss
Your x Nic accepts no liability if data is lost during the order. Loss is unpredictable and can be caused by theft, defective memory cards or the camera.

10.) Release
All photo and video recordings handed over to the client may be used by Her x Nic for advertising, website, social media platforms and other publications. Naturally in accordance with the highest degree of judgment. If this is not desired, a waiver fee of € 199.00 incl. VAT will be charged. 19% VAT. calculated. This should be clarified before the contract is concluded.

11) GDPR, data protection
The client shall notify all third parties/guests of the photo and video recordings. Should individual persons not wish to be photographed, videotaped, published and stored, this must be communicated in writing to your x Nic prior to the event. Likewise
inform all third parties that the data will be stored for at least 12 months. All persons have the right to view and delete the stored recordings.

Rental property

1) Defects & damage
Each rental property is checked by us for defects and damage before it is rented out. Should you nevertheless discover defects or damage, please inform us in writing before commissioning.

2.) Dangers
General: Each of our rental objects can pose a risk due to improper use and supervision. Please use the rental objects properly and do not leave them unattended. Children in particular might see the rental properties as toys. Children/young people under the age of 16 should not use the rental properties independently.
Risk of electric shock: Please never open or repair a rental property yourself. Never touch the electronics.

Risk of tipping and crushing: All rental objects can fall over if used improperly. This is particularly dangerous for children. There is a danger to life!
Risk of tripping: Please ensure that the cables are secure and that nobody can trip over them. We lay the cables properly with adhesive tape.
Fire hazard: Any electronic device can catch fire. This is very unlikely, but call 112 immediately in the event of a fire.

3) Dealing with rental properties
The client undertakes to treat the rented property with care. The client shall also be liable for third parties.

4) Location
The client shall ensure that the rental property has a dry, wind-protected, level and firm surface.

5) Rental period
The rental property will be returned after 24 hours at the latest. Access to the rental property should be given, otherwise an additional day will be charged.

6) Supervision
The client undertakes never to leave the rental property unattended and to switch it off at the latest when leaving the location. It is expressly pointed out that the use of the rental property by children is only permitted under adult supervision. (see 2.) dangers)

7) Costs for damage/loss
Light bulbs per piece: 6,00€, cable per piece: 20,00€, cable drum: 25,00€, glass breakage / display breakage: 250,00€, scratches/dents per piece: 85,00€, shutter release: 115,00€,
